Problem
The glaze spraying process of the big slab manufacturer needs to use the reciprocating glaze spraying machine to spray the glaze evenly onto the blank surface through a special nozzle. Solution
Our solution is to use our patented high-pressure ultra-fine airless nozzle to replace the original nozzle. The glaze is atomized and sprayed through the nozzle with internal structure transformation and material upgrading, so as to achieve the effect of ultra-fine atomization and ultra-wear resistance.
