Problem

In the process of dephosphorization, cooling and cleaning of steel manufacturers, high-pressure pumps need to be used to spray new water evenly onto the steel through special nozzles. The manufacturer first adopts stainless steel airless fan-shaped nozzle, but due to the limitation of nozzle material characteristics, the nozzle will be damaged prematurely, the descaling and cleaning are not clean, and the nozzle will be replaced frequently, which will affect the yield of the product, lead to the waste of new water and improve the production cost.

Solution
