Use our patented low-pressure ultra-fine air mixing nozzle to improve quality and reduce cost for sanitary ware manufacturers

Use our patented low-pressure ultra-fine air mixing nozzle to improve quality and reduce cost for sanitary ware manufacturers

Problem

The formed toilet body can be glazed after drying to make its moisture content less than 3%. The glaze spraying process of sanitary ware manufacturer needs to use compressed air to spray the glaze evenly onto the blank surface through a special nozzle. The manufacturer first adopted the Japanese air mixing nozzle, but due to the limitation of nozzle characteristics, the glaze application amount and uniformity of green body glaze will be reduced, resulting in color difference, affecting the product yield and production efficiency, leading to the waste of glaze and increasing the production cost.

Solution

Our solution is to use our patented low-pressure ultra-fine air mixing nozzle to replace the original nozzle. The glaze is atomized and sprayed through the nozzle with improved internal structure and material, so as to achieve the effect of low-pressure ultra-fine atomization and low wear. Thus, the overall uniformity of the spray and the service life of the nozzle are improved, and the problem of roughness, unsmoothness and chromatic aberration of the green body caused by the uneven distribution in the spraying process is eliminated.

Result

The low-pressure ultra-fine air mixing nozzle produced by our patent ensures the uniformity of the glaze, eliminates the problems of roughness, unsmoothness and color difference during glaze spraying, improves the yield and production efficiency of the product, and reduces the production cost of the product. Using our solution can reduce the glaze consumption of the sanitary ware manufacturer by 10-15%, Prolong the service life of the nozzle and improve the quality of sanitary ware.
